EEFX.COM In-Booth Drawing Rules and Regulations
1. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT
OR OBLIGATION REQUIRED. A purchase doesn’t improve your chance of
winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state,
and local laws apply.
2.
Required
fields must be filled out completely in order to be eligible for the
drawings. Complete physical street address is required for the shipment
of the larger prizes, which will be mailed from our warehouse. (PO Boxes
not accepted).
3. We respect your right to
privacy and will not sell, distribute, trade, or share any personal
information obtained from you with any third party. If requested, we will
send you information regarding the products or services available from
EEFX.
4. Several drawings will be held at our booth
throughout the Exhibition. Drawings will only be open to registered attendees. Only one entry per person, per drawing will be allowed.
5. Winners will be randomly selected
from among all eligible entries received
at the conclusion of each drawing
period. All winners will be announced and posted at the EEFX.COM booth. If
a winner doesn’t arrive to pick up their prize at the EEFX.COM booth
before the end of the day, on the day the prize was won, the prize will be
forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and not redeemable for
cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize of less, equal or greater
value.
7. By entering this contest, all entrants agree that EEFX.COM has the sole
right to decide all matters and disputes’ arising from the contest and
their determination of the winners are final and binding.
8. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received
during each drawing period. Employees of EEFX.COM are not eligible to win.
9. By
entering these drawings, participants agree that EEFX.COM and its
affiliates and/or their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever
for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from the
winning of and/or use of the prizes, or by participation in the contest. |
