Shipping & Delivery
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US:
Elsdon Enterprises FX ships merchandise internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands by email/phone only, except for those international countries listed in the shopping cart.  If you are ordering from anywhere outside the continental US, you must contact us via email (sales@eefx.com) or call us at 805-462-EEFX  (M-F 9:30am-5:30pm PST). International shipping cost does not include duties, tariffs, customs fees or taxes. Please check for these costs before ordering. Our shipping prices include postage & processing custom forms. International shipping charges are non-refundable.

NOTE: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Backdrop Orders:  Processing/Manufacturing Times
Order manufacturing times can change depending on our current demands. Current estimated processing and manufacturing times are posted in the shopping cart during checkout. Estimated processing times are also stated in your order confirmation email. These are estimated times that can change without notice. The time range is generated from an average of our current order processing times and is not by any means a guarantee of shipment date. Manufacturing times also apply to 2-Day Air and Overnight orders. Although faster shipping methods are normally processed first, don't assume your backdrop will arrive in 1 day if you pay for overnight shipping. Return Policy
EEFX.com is dedicated to providing top quality visual effects products to our customers at prices below retail. We guarantee to you that any fabric purchased from EEFX.com is a first quality fabric and has been hand inspected for flaws. If you receive a fabric that falls short of this guarantee, email us at sales@eefx.com us within 15 days of purchase and we will replace the fabric or, if no replacement is available,  refund the amount of your purchase.
 
Fabric Orders: Because we are cutting yardage off of rolls to fulfill your order we accept no returns for reasons other than the reasons listed above. We invite all of our customers to order samples prior to purchase to insure that the fabric you see on the computer screen is suitable for your needs. These samples are inexpensive. Email us at sales@eefx.com for sample inquiries.

We offer refunds at our discretion on other items. Not all situations or items quality for refunds, so double check your cart is correct before ordering. A 25% restocking fee will applies to any merchandise returned for a refund that is not defective. All returned items must be in new condition and include all original items and packaging that was shipped to you.

Sales Tax
Elsdon Enterprises FX charges sales tax for merchandise ordered and shipped anywhere in California.
